Fashion Sales Internship – PAID

Location: New York Metro area (Manhattan and Long Island City – Queens)

Recently based in Manhattan and Long Island City (Queens), our Business Sales Unit is extending offers to 4 interns. The selected candidates will be trained, mentored, and will collaboratively support our NY team.

Presnitz is now hiring sales interns. The available positions require some relevant work/internship experience, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The positions also require Mac or PC experience, Excel, Word, Google Apps, social media, email campaign, professional phone skills, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, strong follow-through and the ability to support multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment.

As an intern within our company, you will be exposed to senior management and will have the opportunity to learn significantly about growing a company from the ground up. You’ll do a variety of interesting key tasks from week 1, and the more you deliver, the quicker you’ll get promoted. We intend to hire interns who can grow with the company and take on responsibilities.

We are looking for someone to start IMMEDIATELY and dedicate a minimum of 20 hrs a week to the positions.

In detail we are looking for:

Sales Business Developer

The sales business developer intern will support the Business Development Practice, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy and Business Development.

The sales business developer intern will be asked to visit new potential clients/retailers providing critical support to the sales and marketing teams, assisting with all aspects of proposing and selling Presnitz products. That includes researching, prospecting new clients/retailers, and reporting. These are all B2B appointments. Once a B2B relationship is established, the B2C strategy will follow and will be implemented in order to meet the high profile target clientele.

Main Responsibilities Include:
Visiting target accounts to introduce our Company and products
Attending company networking & business development events
Dealing with high profile clientele
Attending any training class organized by the Company.

Job Requirements:
Sales experience is strongly preferred (internship experience qualifies)
Professional demeanor and appearance
Outgoing personality, phone skills, and the ability to establish professional relationships are

Fluent in English
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Creativity, resourcefulness and an innovative approach.
